If notified by a user of content which allegedly does not conform to any of the above
terms, Musiconnections may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and in its
sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the allegedly infringing
content. Musiconnections accepts no liability or responsibility for performance or nonperformance

Musiconnections maintains commercial standards in line with both British and European
Consumer Protection Policies. Musiconnections reserves the right to protect consumers from
false, misleading or illegal reviews of businesses and makes every effort to refer any
breach of the laws relating to 'falsely representing oneself as a consumer' to
governmental and policing bodies.
Member Content
You agree not to Post any literary, artistic, audio, video or data content (“Member
Content”) to the Website apart from original works of a personal and noncommercial
nature that have been created by you, or for which you have obtained
the right to copy, distribute and Post them from the author (or through the lapse of
copyright).
