How do I register as a teacher?
To register as a teacher first you need to register as a musician (all teachers are first and foremost musicians). Then in the edit profile page you tick the box that says you are also a teacher.
What payment options and security do you have?
You can pay by most credit and debit cards and we use HSBC as our payment gateway. This means that all your bank account or credit card information goes directly to them through their advanced encryption channels and we never see nor store your financial details ourselves. HSBC uses the latest security services of 'Verified by by Visa' and 'Mastercard SecureCode' to give you further peace of mind.

What are the guidelines on uploading images?
Including images is a powerful way of reaching and influencing your audience with impact. To keep download time to the site at a minimum use jpg format and keep the file size small preferably under 100kb. Here are a few other tips:
- Crop your photos to remove extraneous background clutter that detracts from the message you want to send.
- Feel free to doctor your images first inPhotoshop or other software to improve colour, contrast, brightness or remove items that aren't necessary.
- Remember image manipulation should only be to improve the quality of the image.
- It's better to start with a high resolution picture which can be resized than start with a low res one. You can't improve a low resolution picture but you can make a high res one smaller without loss of quality.
- If you expect users to print your images ensure they look equally good in black and white.
How do I get myself removed from the Musiconnections listings?
Simply click here to get yourself removed. Please specify your username and it would help us if you you could briefly say why you wish to remove yourself from the site.
